Individual 1:1 Coaching
$180 / session
Individual 1:1 Coaching can be summed up in one word: FOCUS. Dr. Moucka will help you focus on your goal. Each session will move you closer to your goal and provide a custom tool you can use to maintain your achievements.
Short Course Group Coaching
$480 / 6 sessions (60-90 min sessions)
Short Course Group Coaching provides a concentrated group experience working on a common goal. Every group member benefits from Dr. Moucka’s input and insights from other members. The time commitment is manageable, and the cost is affordable.
Extended Group Coaching
$1,100 / 12 sessions (90 min sessions)
Extended Group Coaching includes Dr. Moucka’s signature program, Master Class resources, and Master Mind group synergy. In extended group work, you will benefit from the collective experience and wisdom of others on a similar path. Group members become allies, encouraging one another toward a common goal, each with unique applications of the tools Dr. Moucka shares.
